Every outside service we use, and what reaches it.
When you ask AirBubble something, your request passes through a small number of outside services on its way to an answer. This page lists each one, what it does, what it sees, and where it runs.

This list is provisional. The six roles below are real. The vendor names and processing regions are blank because none of those contracts is signed yet. They will be filled in here before AirBubble is generally available, so this is the page to check.
Three things to know before the table makes sense.
A vendor is on this list because something of yours passes through it. If nothing of yours reaches a company, it is not listed.
A row means your data goes there
Your screen and your voice go out only when you use fn ⌃ or the dictation keys, or run a Notetaker session you started. Each service gets only the part it needs.
The default voice sends nothing
On a fresh install Bubble speaks with the voice built into macOS. It runs on your Mac, so the text-to-speech row applies to you only if you go and choose a hosted voice instead.
No name until there is a contract
We will not name a company here until the agreement with it is signed. A name on this page means a contract exists.

The voice you hear on day one is made on your Mac.
A fresh install speaks with the voice built into macOS. It runs on your Mac, so nothing he says is sent anywhere to be spoken aloud.
Choose a hosted voice in settings and the text-to-speech row above applies to you. Switch back and it stops applying.
How you hear about a change
This page is the list. When the list changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous version stays available so you can see what moved.
Before a new subprocessor starts handling anything of yours, we will do both of these:
- Update this page, with the new row and the date.
- Email the address on your account at least 30 days before the change takes effect, saying what the vendor does and what will reach it.
If you do not have an account yet and want the notice anyway, write to subprocessors@airbubble.io and we will add you to the list that gets it.
If you object to one
Reply to the notice and tell us why. We will tell you plainly whether the change can be avoided for your account. If it cannot, and you would rather not continue, you can stop your subscription and ask for what is owed back. The refunds page says how.
Removals, and urgent replacements
Taking a vendor off the list needs no notice, and we will still date the change here. Sometimes a vendor fails, or we have to move away from one for a security reason. An urgent replacement like that may have to happen before we can write to you. If it does, we will say so on this page and email you afterwards, with what changed and when.
What this list covers
It covers every third party that processes something of yours to make the product work. It does not cover our own internal tools, which never receive your screenshots, audio, transcripts or notes.
Paid plans are not live yet, so there is no payments vendor on the list. When billing starts, a payments vendor will be added here first, and card details will go straight to it, never through us.

A list of vendors tells you little on its own.
The trust centre says when he looks at your screen and what is kept afterwards. It also says what has to happen before the agent clicks anything for you.
