Every plan has a daily limit on talking, dictation and notes: up to 100 credits a day on Free, 300 on Pro and 1,200 on Max. Tasks count against the month only.
When you reach the day’s limit or the month’s credits, what uses credits pauses until the next day or until your plan renews. The app tells you when it comes back.
A pause never moves you to a lesser model, and nothing you have recorded or written is touched.
On a busy day Free can also pause for everyone until midnight UTC.

Can I buy a plan?
Yes, here or in the AirBubble app, with the same account. Pick Pro or Max above and sign in to buy it, then sign in to the app with that account. Your plan shows in the app under Settings, Usage & plan.
Paddle sells the plans as our reseller and handles the payment.
Do paid plans get better answers?
No. Every plan gets the same Bubble and our best models, with the same voice and the same accuracy. Paid plans add more credits, so more tasks and longer jobs, live help while Notetaker listens (turn it on in Settings) and email support, and Max adds video editing.
What is a credit?
Everything Bubble does for you uses credits, and bigger jobs use more.
Your credits renew each month and do not roll over. A yearly plan gets the same credits every month.
How does a task use credits?
If a task needs more, Bubble asks before he carries on.
A task on your screen starts with 30 credits, each yes adds 30, and it stops at 120.
A task counts what it used, rounded up to the next 3 credits, never more than you allowed.
A task needs 30 credits free to start. One that stops part-way still counts what it used.
Video editing on Max uses the same credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?
What uses credits pauses until the next day, or until your plan renews, and the app tells you when it comes back. On Free, buy a plan here or in the app. On a paid plan, move up in the app, under Settings, Usage & plan.
Can I switch plans?
A move to a higher plan starts at once. Paddle charges only for what is left of the period, and your credits for that month rise by the same share. A move to a lower plan within the same billing period starts when the current period ends. To go from yearly to monthly billing at a lower price, cancel and choose the new plan once your year ends.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?
If AirBubble is part of most of your weeks, yearly. It costs 10 percent less than twelve monthly payments, which is more than a month free, and you pay once for the year.

Is there a free trial?
No. Free is the way to try AirBubble, for as long as you like.
What about tax?
Plans are priced in US dollars before tax. Paddle, our reseller, works out any tax for where you are and shows the full amount at checkout, before you pay.
What is the refund policy?
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment, your first one or a renewal, for any reason. Paddle, our reseller, refunds you to the original payment method. The refund policy says how to ask.
If I stop paying, what happens to my notes?
Nothing. Notetaker sessions live on your Mac and stay readable and exportable. Your account moves to Free when the paid period ends.
Does a more expensive plan see more of my screen?
No. On every plan he looks at your screen when you ask, and during a walkthrough or agent task you start, until it ends. No plan changes that.
Do I need a Mac?
